ProClean Services (“ProClean”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates at procleanservices.pro and provides commercial and residential cleaning services across Rockingham, Baldivis, and surrounding suburbs, Western Australia.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect:

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your suburb
• The type of clean you’re interested in
• Any additional notes you choose to provide

We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, session duration, device type) through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — see “Third-party services” below.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Call or email you back with a fixed-price quote
• Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
• Send reminders and follow-up communications related to your booking

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Third-party services

Resend (email delivery) — Quote requests submitted through our form are sent via Resend to our business inbox, where they are read and managed directly by the business owner. Resend’s privacy policy is available on their website.

Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data via cookies. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel — We may use Meta’s Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Meta’s data policy applies to any information collected via the Pixel.

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at info@procleanservices.pro and we will action your request within 30 days.
